Application of the principle 3E in public sector.
Abstract:
Práce pojednává o velmi aktuální problematice dodržování principu 3E při rozhodování o vynakládání veřejných prostředků. Práce v první části obsahuje nejprve základní pojmy a legislativní rámec principu 3E. Analyzovanou organizací této práce je obec Klopina. V další části je nejprve zhodnoceno hospodaření obce. This bachelor thesis discusses very actual problematics observance the management of the 3E principle in decisions related to the public funds. The first part of the thesis contains about basic concepts and legislation frame of 3E principle at first. The analysed organization is the municipality Klopina.
