Abstract:
Cílem práce je podání krátkého, ale uceleného popisu přípravného řízení trestního. Soustředil jsem se především na popis zásad, kterými je celé řízení ovládáno, výčet zúčastněných subjektů, vlastní průběh řízení a skončení řízení. The aim of this thesis is to provide a short but comprehensive outline of pre-trial criminal proceedings. My primary focus was to describe the principles that guide the entire proceedings, to identify its participants, and to explore its progress and its end.
