Abstract:

Diplomová práce z velké části zahrnuje odebrání nezletilých dětí z neodpovídajících podmínek a jejich předání tomu, koho soud označí za vhodného. Například to může být jeden z rodičů, prarodičů, dětský domov nebo také jiné osoby. Práce především upozorňuje na problémy, které nejčastěji vznikají při odnětí dítěte, nicméně její velká část je věnována popisu konkrétních zákonných postupů soudních vykonavatelů právě při odnětí dítěte z rodinného prostředí.

Abstract:

The thesis largely describes problemacy of removing minors from the inadequate conditions and their handover to whom the court identifies as appropriate. For example, it may be one of children parents, grandparents, orphanage or other persons. Work especially draws attention and highlights problems accuring when children are withdrawn from the family.However large part of the thesis is dedicated to the legacy of the withdrawal‘s procedure of bailiffs during the children‘s withdrawal.
