Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou reintegrace a resocializace osob propuštěných z výkonu trestu odnětí svobody v době pandemie. Teoretická část pojednává o vězeňství a vlivech jednotlivých proměnných na propuštěného. Vymezuje pojmy jako je pandemie nebo výkon trestu odnětí svobody či pojmy v penitenciární a postpenitenciární péči jako je resocializace nebo program zacházení a představuje organizace na podporu těchto osob. Praktická část se věnuje realizaci výzkumu a následné analýze. Cílem bylo zjistit, za pomoci IPA, jak náročné je po nějaké době strávené ve výkonu trestu znovu se začlenit a začít fungovat ve společnosti z pohledu propuštěných osob a jaký vliv může mít pandemie na výkon trestu a propuštění.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of reintegration and resocialization of persons released from prison during a pandemic. The theoretical part deals with prisons and the effects of individual variables on the released person. It defines concepts such as pandemics or imprisonment, or concepts in penitentiary and post-penitentiary care such as resocialization or treatment programs and represents organisations in support of these people. A practical part is devoted to the implementation of research and subsequent analysis. The aim was to find out, with the help of the IPA, how difficult it is to reintegrate after some time spent in the execution of a sentence and to start functioning in society from the perspective of released persons and what effect a pandemic can have on the execution of a sentence and release.
