System of Education, Training, Maintenance and Development of the Necessary Professional Qualities of the Health Professions in the Health Emergency Service in Prague

Abstract:

bakalářská práce představuje systém vzdělávání a rozvoje výkonných zdravotnických pozic u Zdravotnické záchranné služby hl. m. Prahy. Teoretická část práce se zabývá definicí a vysvětlením pojmu „blended learning“ a představením architektury vzdělávacího systému Zdravotnické záchranné služby hl. m. Prahy, který je na tomto modelu postaven. V praktické části práce, pomocí dotazníkového šetření, bylo cílem zjistit a ověřit, zda se tento systém vzdělávání dokázal přizpůsobit dynamickým a nečekaným změnám v tzv. „covidové“ i „postcovidové“ době a jestli sami uživatelé (tj. klíčový zdravotnický personál Zdravotnické záchranné služby hl. m. Prahy), spatřují současnou podobu systému u Zdravotnické záchranné služby hl. m. Prahy jako funkční, atraktivní a dostatečně motivační na to, aby je práce u Zdravotnické záchranné služby hl. m. Prahy nejen živila, ale i naplňovala a umožňovala jejich další odborný i osobnostní rozvoj a mohla být jejich celoživotní náplní.

Abstract:

bachelor thesis introduces the system of education and development of executive healthcare positions within Prague Emergency Medical Service. The theoretical part defines and explains the notion of „blended learning“ and it introduces the structure of education system within Prague Emergency Medical Service, being based on this model. In the practical part of the thesis, using the questionnaire survey, the aim was to identify and to verify, whether this education system was able to adapt to dynamicand unexpected changes during so-called „covid“ and „post-covid“ periods and whether the users themselves (i.e. key medical staff members of Prague Emergency Medical Service) they find the current form of the system at Prague Emergency Medical Service as functional, attractive and sufficiently motivating that work at Prague Emergency Medical Service allows them not only to make a living but also it fulfills them and enables their further professional and personal development and could be their lifelong fulfillment.
