Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na výskyt alimentárních nákaz v České Republice v letech 2013-2018. Zabývá se teoretickým přehledem, dělením a jednotlivými druhy alimentárních nákaz. Popsané jsou příznaky, výskyt, epidemiologická opatření, popis, léčba a onemocnění. V práci jsou zmíněné epidemiologická opatření pro prevenci alimentárních nákaz, která spočívá v dodržování osobní a provozní hygieny.
Abstract:
This Bachelor thesis is focused on occurrence of Alimentary Infections in Czech republic in years 2013-2018. The goals are focused towards theoretical overview, classification different types of foodborne infections. Symptoms, occurrence, epidemiological measures, treatment of diseases are described.
