Diplomová práce se zabývá islámským právem, konkrétně jejími lidskoprávními aspekty. This thesis concerns with Islamic law, concretely with its human rights aspects.It comprehends brief introduction to the comparative law, the historical development of Islamic law and its primary characteristics.
