Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma "Podpora rozvoje venkova v Ústeckém kraji" se zabývá problematikou vymezení venkova, dále se zaměřuje na aktéry a nástroje rozvoje venkova na regionální, národní i evropské úrovni. Stěžejní část práce je věnována finančním nástrojům neboli dotacím a grantům, které podporují rozvoj venkova. Cílem práce se stala analýza a následné zhodnocení využívání finančních nástrojů pro podporu rozvoje venkova ve vybraných obcích Ústeckého kraje. Pomocí metody dotazníkového šetření byla shromážděna data potřebná pro tuto analýzu. Dotazníkového šetření se zúčastnilo 92 venkovských obcí Ústeckého kraje, které získaly dotazník elektronickou formou. Výsledky šetření jsou použity při zodpovídání čtyř výzkumných otázek tvořících základ analýzy. Z ní bylo například zjištěno, že výše získaných dotací závisí na velikosti obcí dle počtu obyvatel.

Abstract:

The dissertation themed "The Maintenance of the Advancement of the Countryside in the Region Ústí nad Labem" deals with the problems of the delimination of the countryside and further its aimed at agents and instruments of the development of the countryside on regional, national and European levels. The fundamental part of this work follows financial instruments or the subsidies and grants, which support the advancement of the countryside. The aim of this work is the analysis and the resulting evaluation of the utilisation of financial instruments for the maintenance of the development of the countryside in the selected villages in the region Ústí nad Labem. Required facts were collected by means of the questionnary investigation. 92 villages from the region Ústí nad Labem participated in the questionnary investigation through the list of questions obtained in the electronic form. The investigation results are used to answer the four investigative questions, which are the basis of the analysis. From this analysis was for instance established that the amount of received grants depends on the extent of villages in accordance with the number of their residents.
