Abstract:

Náplní bakalářské práce je studium parametrů 3D tisku, které mají vliv na fyzikálně? mechanické vlastnosti polymerního materiálu používaného pro 3D tisk za účelem optimalizace procesu 3D tisku. Tisk byl proveden na 3D tiskárně typu open-source reprap s příslušným softwarem umožňujícím měnit parametry 3D tisku, neboli nanášení vrstvy materiálu např. různou rychlostí či v různé tloušťce této vrstvy. Tyto parametry ovlivňuje další parametr tzv. Flow. Za materiál byl zvolen PLA, polymléčná kyselina, jeden z nejpoužívanějších materiálů pro 3D tisk. K dispozici byl surový PLA, různě modifikovaný (kopolymer PLA/PHA nebo fosforescentní látkou) nebo s obsahem plniva, v našem případě bronzovým prachem. Z těchto materiálů byly zhotoveny testovací vzorky s měnícími se parametry 3D tisku, které byly testovány ve fyzikálně? mechanických vlastnostech jako jsou pevnost v tahu a tvrdost dle Brinella.

Abstract:

Study of effect parameters of 3D print to physical? mechanical properties of polymers The aim of this Bachelor thesis is study parameters of 3D print which have effect physical? mechanical properties of polymer materials for the purpose of optimalization of the 3D print process. Print was done by open? source RepRap 3D printer with driver to allow change parameters of 3D print such as layer thickness or print speed. They are effected by flow parameter. Material was chosen as PLA (Polylactide acid) one of the most used polymer materials for 3D print. Natural PLA, PLA with fluorescent substance, copolymer PLA/PHA or PLA bronze fill was used. Test specimen with diferent parameters was made from these materials and physical? mechanical properties was determinate.
