Abstract:
Predmetom bakalárskej práce „Riadenie pracovného výkonu v konkrétnom podniku“ je teoretické vymedzenie konceptu riadenia pracovného výkonu, jeho čiastkových procesov a s ním úzko súvisiacich systémov motivovania a odmeňovania zamestnancov a následná analýza v spoločnosti A-STUDIO, s. r. o. Cieľom je preskúmať skutočný stav, porovnať ho s teoretickými zásadami a navrhnúť prípadné zlepšenia.
