Tato práce se zabývá lustračními zákony, které posuzuje z hlediska důležitosti jejich přijetí, sumarizuje jednotlivé aspekty jejich kritiky a zhodnocuje tím tak jejich následnou existenci. Lustrační zákony stanovují taková opatření, která jsou schopná omezit lidská práva a svobody, tudíž musí být jejich přijetí oprávněné a přiměřené. This diploma thesis is dealing with the screening law, its importance of their adoption, summarizes various aspects of their critics and evaluates their subsequent existence. Screening Acts provides for such measures, that are able to limit human rights and freedoms, and therefore their adoption must be fully justified and fair.
