Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje dódžinši a trhu s nimi v Japonsku. Zkoumaná dódžinši jsou druhem fanouškovských výtvorů, jež si často půjčují postavy nebo jiné prvky z již existujících děl, čímž mohou zasahovat do autorských práv. Práce objasňuje, zda tvorbou a prodejem dódžinši z autorskoprávního hlediska skutečně dochází k protiprávnímu jednání, jak se proti tomu mohou držitelé autorských práv bránit …more

This bachelor thesis focuses on doujinshi and the doujinshi market in Japan. The researched doujinshi are a type of fanwork that often borrows characters or other elements from pre-existing works, and thus potentially infringe on copyright.
