The diploma thesis deals with the institute of adequate restrictions and adequate obligations which are imposed especially in connection with alternative punishment of criminals. The purpose of alternative punishments is primarily to remedy the offender with the offender-victim relationship at the forefront (at the expense of the offender-state relationship).
