Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce s názvem Stres a učitelská profese se zabývá zjištěním charakteristik zátěžových vlivů u učitelů odborných a všeobecných předmětů na střední škole, konkrétně na Střední škole hospodářské a lesnické, Frýdlant. V teoretické části je vymezeno celé spektrum pohledů a názorů týkajících se učitelů, učitelské profese a stresu. K výzkumu byly použity dva dotazníky. Prvním dotazníkem byl dotazník od C. Henniga a G. Kellera zjišťující míru náchylnosti ke stresu v jednotlivých rovinách lidské osobnosti. Druhým použitým dotazníkem byl dotazník zkoumající zátěžové vlivy a sílu jejich působení na učitele odborných a všeobecných předmětů.

Abstract:

This Bachelor Thesis called Stress and teaching profession deals with finding the characteristics of stress effects for teachers of specialized and general subjects in a high school, specifically at the High school of agriculture and forestry, in Frýdlant. Theoretical part defines the full spectrum of views and opinions relating to the teachers, teaching profession and stress. Two questionnaires were used for a research. The first questionnaire was a questionnaire made by C. Hennig and G. Keller identifying the degree of susceptibility to stress in different aspects of human personality. The second used questionnaire was a questionnaire investigating the effects of stress and the strength of their effects on teacher of specialized and general subjects.
