Payroll accounting in the Czech Republic and Ukraine

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na porovnání mzdového účetnictví vedeného dle českých a ukrajinských zákonných norem a účetních předpisů. Práce je rozdělená do tří na sebe navazujících kapitol. První kapitola práce se zabývá legislativním vymezením problematiky a dělí se do šesti dalších podkapitol, každá z nich detailněji rozebírá jednotlivé části dané problematiky, jak dle českých, tak i dle ukrajinských právních předpisů. Jsou zde zdůrazněné rozdílné přístupy obou zemí. Na legislativní kapitolu navazuje metodologická část, kde se na již zmíněnou teorii uplatní konkrétní přístupy a uvede způsob výpočtu a zaúčtování. Jednotlivé části jsou vysvětleny na krátkých samostatných příkladech. Poté práce přechází do praktické části, v níž dochází k výpočtu čistých mezd pěti zaměstnanců určité společnosti za využití doposud zmíněných postupů obou zemí. Následně jsou shrnuty rozdíly a uvedené jsou případné důvody a důsledky použití té či jiné legislativy.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the comparison of payroll accounting according to Czech and Ukrainian legal standards and accounting regulations. The thesis is divided into three consecutive chapters. The first chapter of the thesis deals with the legislative definition of the issue and is divided into six subchapters, each of which discusses in more detail the individual parts of the issue, both according to Czech and Ukrainian legislation. The different approaches of the two countries are highlighted. The legislative chapter is followed by a methodological chapter, where specific approaches are applied to the already mentioned theory and the method of calculation and accounting is presented. The different parts are explained with short examples. The thesis then moves to the practical part, in which the net wages of five employees of a certain company are calculated using the procedures mentioned so far for both countries. A summary of the differences is then shown and the possible reasons and consequences of using one or the other legislation are given.
