Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem firemní kultury a jejího vlivu na řízení lidských zdrojů. V jednotlivých kapitolách jsou tyto pojmy vymezeny. U firemní kultury jsou dále definovány prvky, typy, tvorba a změna firemní kultury. The thesis is focused on corporate culture and its impact on management of human resources. Definitions of key concepts are stated in individual chapters of the thesis. The concept of corporate culture is further specified in detail by determining its elements, types, creation and change.
