Předmětem zájmu bakalářské diplomové práce jsou postoje externě motivovaných dospělých ke studiu po návratu do formálního vzdělávání. Hlavní pojmy a faktory, které ovlivňují postoje dospělých ke vzdělávání jsou vysvětleny v teoretické části.
