Abstract:
Práce se zabývá výzkumem potřeb přátelství, výkonu a moci u pubescentů. První část je věnována terminologickému vymezení pojmů motivace, teoriím motivace a jejím činitelům. Následující kapitoly jsou věnovány pojmům potřeba a přátelství. Teoretická část je završena charakteristikou vývojového období pubescence. Na teoretickou analýzu úzce navazuje praktická část. Thesis is engaged in research of needs of friendship, achievement and power of pubescents. First part is dedicated to terminologic definition of terms as motivation, theories of motivation and its factors. Following chapters are dedicated to terms as needs and friendship.
