Diplomová práce se věnuje fungování Komunistické strany Československa na regionální úrovni během nejdůležitějších milníků let 1945–1956. Těmito milníky jsou parlamentní volby roku 1946, Únor 1948, vnitrostranické čistky v období let 1950–1951, měnová reforma roku 1953 a XX. sjezd Komunistické strany Sovětského svazu roku 1956. The diploma thesis deals with the Communist party of Czechoslovakia on a district level during the most important events of the years 1945–1956.
