Lidé jsou denně vystavováni celé řadě expozomových faktorů, které mohou mít vliv na epigenetické mechanismy. Patří mezi ně expozice těžkým kovům, pesticidům, tabákovému kouři, polycyklickým aromatickým uhlovodíkům, ale i styl života, fyzická aktivita, dieta, stress. Humans are daily exposed to a variety of exposomes, which can have an influence on epigenetic mechanisms. These include exposure to heavy metals, pesticides, tobacco smoke, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, and also lifestyle, physical activity, diet, or stress. In various diseases (eg.
