Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá aplikací Mezinárodních standardů účetního výkaznictví IFRS a prvním přechodem účetnictví konkrétní společnosti. V teoretické části se práce zabývá úpravou účetnictví v České republice a jeho srovnáním s úpravou v Mezinárodních standardech IFRS pro MSP. V praktické části se zaměřuje na převod jednotlivých prvků účetních výkazů podle pravidel IFRS tak, aby bylo možno sestavit zahajovací rozvahu společnosti. V závěru práce je provedeno srovnání výkazů dle ČÚS a IFRS a hodnot vybraných ukazatelů finanční analýzy.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with application of International Finance Reporting Standards (IFRS) and describes such first application on the example of particular company. In the theoretical part,the legislation of bookkeeping in the Czech Republic is introduced and compared to rules of IFRS given to small and medium-sized enterprises. The practical part is focused on transfer of each part of accounting items and reports according to IFRS with the purpose to set the opening balance sheet of the company. The comparison of statements created in conformity with the Czech Accounting Standards and IFRS, and of chosen indicators of financial analysis, is described in the conclusion of this thesis.
