Project of Implementation of the Internal Control System in Kindergarten Senice na Hané

Abstract:

Cílem mé diplomové práce je zavést v Mateřské škole Senice na Hané vnitřní kontrolní systém. V teoretické části je provedena kritická literární rešerše literárních pramenů, které se zabývají legislativou v oblasti finanční kontroly, vnitřním kontrolním systémem, interním audi-tem a vnitřními směrnicemi organizace. V praktické části je provedena analýza současného stavu kontroly v organizaci, finanční analýza a rozbor finančních výkazů organizace. Na základě získaných informací je navržen projekt zavedení vnitřního kontrolního systému a vnitřních směrnic.

Abstract:

The goal of this graduation thesis is implementation the internal control systém in Kinder-garten Senice na Hané, allowance organization. In the theoretical part is a critical literature review of the literature dealing with legislation in the area of financial control, internal control, internal audit and internal directives of the organization. The practical part includes the analysis of the current state of control in the organization, financial analysis and analysis of financial statements of the organization. Based on the information project is designed to establish the internal control system and internal directives.
