Bakalářská práce se zabývala vytvořením metodologického postupu práce ve firmě EPET, a. s., pokud dojde k výpadku systému CRM. Firma se zabývá prodejem elektřiny a zemního plynu koncovým zákazníkům. The bachelor thesis focused with the creation of the methodological process work for EPET a.s. company. Procedure deal in case of power lost, depending on CRM system.
