Diplomová práce řeší problematiku nedostatku personálu Armády české republiky. Práce navrhuje opatření a postupy s ohledem na využití genderové diverzity. Současně jsou tyto návrhy upraveny i pro užití v podnikatelské oblasti.Abstract:
This thesis solves the issue of lack of personnel in the Army of Czech Republic. The thesis proposes measures and procedures with regard to the application of gender diversity. At the same time these proposals are adjusted for use in the business area.
