Facility Management in Today's Hospitality Industry

Abstract:

Cílem výzkumu této diplomové práce je vyvodit obecné závěry o postavení a významu Facility Managementu v současném hotelnictví, zhodnotit jeho vliv na ekonomické hospodaření ubytovacích zařízení hotelového typu a vyvinout doporučení pro zdokonalení metod správy infrastrukturních zařízení pomocí umělé inteligence. Předmětem studie: systém správy zařízení hotelové infrastruktury. Předmětem výzkumu: vývoj systému řízení hotelové infrastruktury na základě umělé inteligence. Metodickým základem pro napsání práce jsou metody jako logicko-empirická analýza, zobecnění, klasifikace, srovnání a další metody. V závěru bylo dosaženo, že umělá inteligence je jednou z hlavních metod pro zlepšení hotel infrastruktury.

Abstract:

The aim of the study is to draw general conclusions about the position and importance of Facility Management in the current hotel industry, evaluate its impact on the economic management of hotel-type accommodation facilities and to develop recommendations for improving the methodology for managing infrastructure facilities using artificial intelligence. An Object of the research: hotel infrastructure facilities management system. A Subject of the research: development of a hotel infrastructure management system based on artificial intelligence. The methodological bases for writing this thesis include logical-empirical analysis, generalization, classification, comparison, and other methods. The conclusion has been made that Artificial Intelligence is one of the key methods for improving hotel infrastructure.
