Cílem diplomové práce je porovnat přístup ÚOHS a Evropské komise k vymezení relevantního trhu a posuzování fúzí v odvětví travel retail. Ve druhé kapitole se zaměřuji na legislativní rámec EU a ČR v oblasti spojování soutěžitelů. The goal of the diploma thesis is to compare the approach of the Office for the Protection of Competition and the European Commission to definition of the relevant market and to the assessment of mergers in travel retail.
