Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma "Marketingový plán pro založení rehabilitačního a fitness centra" má za cíl sestavit marketingový plán založení nového rehabilitačního a fitness centra. První část diplomové práce se zabývá teoretickým popisem základních oblastí marketingu a jeho plánování se zaměřením na oblast služeb, která vychází převážně z odborné literatury. Druhá část diplomové práce se věnuje výchozí analýze nového podniku a marketingovému průzkumu trhu a potřeb zákazníků. V této části se práce věnuje jak úvodní orientační analýze, tak analýze vnějšího i vnitřního prostředí a empirickému výzkumu na základě provedených hloubkových rozhovorů. Na základě výše uvedených poznatků je sestaven marketingový plán pro založení nového podniku. Závěr práce shrnuje celou práci, její výsledky a důležitá zjištění, z kterých jsou vyvozena doporučení pro nově vzniklou společnost.

Abstract:

The topic of this diploma thesis is: "Marketing plan for starting a rehabilitation and fitness center". The object of this thesis is to compile marketing plan for starting a new rehabilitation and fitness center. First part of the diploma thesis is focused on presenting the main marketing terms in the marketing planning specializing on the services that are based on reference books. The second part of the diploma thesis is focused on analyzing the current situation of the new company and marketing research of the market and needs of the customers. This part is dealing with the situational analysis, internal and external analysis, and empiric research based on the in-depth interviews with potential customers. On the bases of these data is composed marketing plan for new company. In the conclusion the whole thesis is summarized and the important results and recommendations are presented.
