Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce je řízení nákupu ve Faurecia Exhaust Systems s. r. o. Práce má za cíl pomocí analýzy činností a řízení nákupu vyřešit problém, se kterým se Faurecia potýká, a kterým je proces nákupu náhradních dílu, které musí Faurecia dodávat ještě dalších 15 let po konci projektu. The topic of the bachelor thesis is purchasing management in Faurecia Exhaust Systems s. r. o. The purpose of the bachelor thesis is to solve problem with spare parts, which have to be available for 15 years after end of project, using analyses of purchasing activities.
