V práci jsem se zabývala orgány ochrany veřejného zájmu se zaměřením na Nejvyšší kontrolní úřad a Úřad pro zastupování státu ve věcech majetkových. Nejprve jsem se zaměřila na orgány ochrany veřejného zájmu obecně a poté jsem vymezila základní postavení obou úřadů, včetně historických a zahraničních souvislostí. My work looks at authorities protecting public interest, focusing on the Supreme Audit Office and the Office of Government Representation in Property Affairs. First I have focused on authorities protecting public interest in general and further I have defined the primary position of both authorities, including their historical and foreign context.
