Název práce: Zaměstnanecké benefity se zaměřením na regenerační program v holdingu enteria a.s. Autor práce: Bc. Karolína Boleslavová Vedoucí diplomové práce: PhDr. Alena Lubasová, Ph. D. Instituce: Masarykova Univerzita, Fakulta sociálních studií Počet slov základního textu: 22 048 Předmětem diplomové práce je regenerační program v konkrétní společnosti, který byl součástí zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Cílem práce je zodpovědět na hlavní výzkumnou otázku: Jak nastavit zaměstnanecký benefit v oblasti regenerace, aby byl co nejefektivněji využíván zaměstnanci podniku? První část je zaměřena na vymezení teoretických pojmů, ve druhé metodologické části popisuji postup při realizaci výzkumu. Pro dosažení cíle byla využita smíšená výzkumná metoda formou dotazníku mezi pracovníky společnosti a analýza dokumentů spolu s rozhovorem s manažerkami. V závěrečné empirické části práce je za pomocí teoretických poznatků a výsledků výzkumu odpovězeno na dílčí výzkumné otázky. Zde dochází ke zjištění podrobných informací o regeneračním programu ze stran pracovníků i firmy. Jsou zde uvedeny návrhy pro zavedení změn v již zrušeném regeneračním programu, které mohou být v budoucnu použity pro jeho obnovení. Tato doporučení jsou zároveň odpovědí na hlavní výzkumnou otázku.

Institution: Masaryk University, Faculty of Social Studies Number of words in the main text: 22 048 This diploma thesis is focused on regeneration program, which was part of employee benefits in a particular company. The aim of this thesis is to answer the main research question: How to set up an employee benefit in the field of regeneration to be used in the most effective way possible by employees of the company. The first part is focused on the definition of theoretical concepts. In the second part methodological approach in the implementation of research is described. Questionnaire among employees of the company, document analysis and an interview with managers were used as the examples of mixed research methods to achieve the objective of the thesis. In the last empirical part of the thesis partial research questions are answered by using theoretical knowledge and research results. In this part detailed information about the regeneration program from both the perspective of employees and the company is described. Suggestions for introduction of modifications in the already canceled regeneration program that can be used in the future for its renewal are mentioned. These recommendations also answer the main research question.
