Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou financování bytového družstva a společenství vlastníků jednotek. Nejprve tedy vysvětluji pojmy bytové družstvo a společenství vlastníků a dále jak bytové družstvo a společenství vlastníků mohou být financovány.
