The Importance of Execution in Tax Proceedings

Abstract:

Hranice mezi rozpoznáním daňového dobra a zla jsou často velmi nejasné. Na jedné straně stojí daňový dlužník, na straně druhé pak vrchnostenská moc představovaná správcem daně. Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou daňové exekuce z pohledu správce daně. Pozornost je v práci věnována charakteristice jednotlivých způsobů vymáhání a možnostem zajištění daňového nedoplatku. Praktickou část práce tvoří analýza vývoje vymáhaných i nevymáhaných daňových nedoplatků na území České republiky a zhodnocení kladů či záporů jednotlivých způsobů vymáhání. Cílem práce je přiblížit problematiku daňové exekuce laické veřejnosti.

Abstract:

The boundaries between the recognition of tax good and evil are often very unclear. On the one hand, there is a tax debtor, on the other, the authority of the tax administrator. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of tax execution from the perspective of the tax administrator. Attention is paid to the characteristics of individual methods of execution and the possibility of securing the tax arrears. The practical part of the thesis consists of an analysis of the evolution of recovered and unenforced tax arrears in the Czech Republic and an assessment of the pros and cons of the individual methods of enforcement. The aim of this work is to introduce the issue of tax execution to general public.
