Abstract:

AbstraktBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou motivace dobrovolníků. Práce je psaná v neziskové organizaci Junák – český skaut, z.s. Tato organizace se zabývá výchovou a vzděláváním dětí a mladých lidí. Práce má dvě části. První část je část teoretická. V teoretické části se autorka zabývá motivací pracovníků, teorií dobrovolnictví a fungováním neziskové organizace. Druhou částí je praktická část. Praktická část je věnována charakteristice organizace, analýze současného stavu motivace dobrovolníků v organizaci, výzkumnému šetření mezi dobrovolníky a doporučením pro organizaci. Výsledkem práce je návrh motivačního systému dobrovolníků v organizaci.

Abstract:

Bachelor´s final project deals with the motivation of volunteers. This thesis is written in a non-profit organization Junák – český skaut, z.s. The organisation´s mission is education of children and young people. Thesis has two parts . The first part is theoretical . In the theoretical part author deals with motivation of employees , theories of volunteering and theme like how works non-profit organization. The second part is practical part. The practical part deals with characteristics of the organization, analyzing the current state of motivation of volunteers in the organization, a research survey among volunteers and recommendation to organization . Result of this thesis is to design an motivational system of volunteers in the organization.
