Diplomová práce pojednává o správě daní a o daňové exekuci jako celku a zabývá se problematikou vymáhání daňových nedoplatků. Popisuje daňovou exekuci od historie až po současnou legislativní úpravu. Práce obsahuje i deskripci daňových nedoplatků. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů daňové exekuce a objasnění jednotlivých fází vymáhacího řízení. The diploma thesis deals with the tax administration and tax execution as a whole and deals with the issue of recovery of tax arrears. It describes tax execution from history to current legislation. The thesis also contains a description of tax arrears. The theoretical part is focused on defining the basic concepts of tax execution and clarifying the various stages of enforcement proceedings.
