Causes of distrust pupils and students of school in authority and their consequences

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na příčiny nedůvěry žáků a studentů ve školní autority, a následně zmínit jejich důsledky. Teoretická část pojednává o autoritě obecněji. Je chronologicky popsáno, k jakým autoritám je člověk schopný přijít do kontaktu za jeho život. Prvotní autority se objevují člověku v rodině, a následně je doplňují autority ze školního prostředí. K autoritě je doplněno její členění a popis. Důležitý je popis učitele jako autoritu, jeho kladný či záporný vztah k žákům a studentům. Dále je v bakalářské práci popsáno vnímaní autority a školního prostředí, důvěra a bezpečí ve školním prostředí, vývoj osobnosti, nedůvěra ze strany žáků ke školní autoritě. Na to se napojuje specifikace problémového chování v období dospívání a důsledky tohoto chování. Praktická část je věnována dotazníkovému šetření, které probíhalo online formou v internetové sadě Google Docs Editors. V následujících kapitolách jsou zpracované odpovědi žáků základních škol a studentů středních škol pomocí grafů. Celkové shrnutí je dále popsáno v následující diskusi.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the causes of dustrust of pupils and students in school auhority, and then mentions their consequences. The theoretical part deals with authority more generally. I tis chronologically described to which authorities a person is able to come into contact during his life. First authorities appear to the person in the family, and are subsenquently supplemented by authorities from the school environment. Its division and desxription are added to the authority. It is important to describe the teacher as an authority, his positive or negative relationship to pupils and student. Furthermore, the bachelorś thesis describes the perception of the authority and the school environment, trust and safety in the school envitonment, personality development, distrust of students to school's authority. The specification of problem behavior during adolescence and the consequences of this behavior are connected to this. The practical part is devoted to the questionnaire survey, which was editing online on the internet set Google Docs Editors. In the followinf chapters, the answers of pupil of the primary schools and students of the secondary schools are processed using graphs. The overall summary is further described in the following discussion.
