Abstract:
Úkolem klinické a forenzní toxikologie je diagnostika akutní nebo chronické intoxikace a tato diagnostika musí být podložena toxikologickou analýzou. Mezi toxikologicky významné skupiny léčiv patří perorální antidiabetika. Cílem práce bylo vypracování postupů pro záchyt, identifikaci a kvantifikaci vybraných perorálních antidiabetik v biologickém materiálu. Do výzkumu byly zahrnuty glibenclamid, gliclazid …more
Abstract:
One of the main aims of clinical and forensic toxicology is a diagnostic of acute or chronical intoxication. This diagnostic has to be confirmed by well-founded by toxicology analysis. Among toxicology significant groups of pharmaceuticals belong also peroral antidiabetics.
