Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o motivování a ovlivňování spolupracovníků hotelu Four Seasons. Cílem práce je analyzovat motivační nástroje společnosti, z výsledů analýzy formulovat závěry a navrhnout vhodné nástroje pro motivování a ovlivňování spolupracovníků pro vybrané situace z praxe manažera hotelu. Subject of this bachelor´s dissertation is Motivation and influence of co-workers in hotel Four Seasons Prague. The goal of this thesis is to analyze motivational tools of the company.
