Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním procesů získávání a výběru zaměstnanců od historie až po současnost. Definuje jednotlivé metody a uvádí různé nástroje, které se využívají v recruitmentu. Cílem bakalářské práce je specifikovat dané téma a následně na základě získaných informací v praktické části zhodnotit stávající procesy ve vybrané společnosti a navrhnout možná vylepšení.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with research of recruitment and selection processes from history to the present. It defines individual methods and lists various tools that are used in recruitment.
