Tato diplomová práce se zabývá uruguayským volebním systémem, především pak jeho změnami po roce 1996 a jeho vlivem na stranický systém. Stručně je zde nastíněn historický vývoj tohoto specifického volebního systému, podrobněji jsou zde analyzovány důvody vedoucí k přijetí volební reformy a její účinky. This theses deals with the Uruguayan electoral system, especially with its changes after the year 1996 and its influence on party system. There is short outline of historical development of this specific electoral system, there are analysed reasons leading to accepting electoral reform and its effects in brief.
