The role of advocate in proving in the trial
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá úlohou obhájce při dokazování v hlavním líčení. Nejprve popisuje historický vývoj postavení obhájce od roku 1950 až do současnosti a následně se zabývá konkrétními právy a povinnostmi, které má obhájce při výkonu obhajoby.
Abstract:
The theme of the diploma thesis is "Role of advocate in proving in the trial". This theme dedicates to the role of attorney while practising the defense. It is focused on defense while legal proceedings. In the first chapter, the thesis is focused on historical evolution of defending. Next chapters are specialized on right and obligations that advocat has during the defense.
