Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza vybrané společnosti zaměřená na řízení a motivaci lidských zdrojů. Z teoretických poznatků i praktické analýzy vyplývá, že špičkově připravení pracovníci, kteří se dostávají do přímého kontaktu se zákazníkem, jsou pro firmu konkurenční výhodou. Cílem práce je navrhnout doporučení, která povedou ke zlepšení řízení a motivace zaměstnanců.
Abstract:
The subject of the bachelor thesis is the analysis of chosen company which focuses on the management and motivation of the human resources. From the theoretical knowledge and also from the practical analysis ensues that the best prepared workers which are in direct contact with the customer are the competitive advantage for the company.
