Abstract:

Aneta Macurová Název práce: Role neziskového sektoru v oblasti harmonizace rodinného a pracovního života Počet slov: 23986 Tato práce se zabývá rolí neziskového sektoru v oblasti harmonizace rodinného pracovního života. Autorka si klade za cíl zjistit, jak je vnímána role neziskového sektoru v této oblasti z perspektivy vybraných aktérů, tedy samotného neziskového sektoru a zaměstnavatelů. V teoretické části vymezuje možnou roli nestátních neziskových organizací skrze funkce, které mohou plnit a provazuje je s jejich možnostmi zasahovat do řešení problémů harmonizace rodinného a pracovního života. Vyvozuje možnosti působení těchto organizací na problémy zaměstnavatelů, čímž vymezuje, jakou roli mohou tyto organizace v této oblasti zastávat. V metodické části popisuje metodu a strategii výzkumu, techniku sběru dat, jednotku zkoumání a zjišťování, průběh získávání dat, rovněž jsou představeni respondenti výzkumu. V empirické části na základě uskutečněných rozhovorů interpretuje základní zjištění, zabývá se tedy tím, jaký postoj zaujímají tyto nestátní neziskové organizace ke svému působení v oblasti harmonizace rodinného a pracovního života a jak vnímají své možnosti a limity působení na zaměstnavatele v této oblasti. Následně se zaměřuje na perspektivu zaměstnavatelů, zabývá se tím, jaký postoj zaujímají zaměstnavatelé k problému nerovnováhy rodinného a pracovního života svých zaměstnanců a jak ho řeší, jaký postoj zaujímají k působení nestátních neziskových organizací v této oblasti a jak zaměstnavatelé vnímají možnosti a limity působení těchto organizací na zaměstnavatele.

Aneta Macurová Thesis title: The role of non-governmental organizations in work-family reconciliation Word count: 23986 This thesis deals with the role of non-governmental organizations in work-family recociliation. The author puts a target to find out how the role of non-governmental organizations is perceived in this area from the perspective of selected actors, thus non-governmental organizations themselves and employers. In the theoretical part, she defines the possible role of non-governmental organizations throught the functions which they may perform and interlaces them with their opportunities to intervene in problem solving of work-family reconciliation. She infers the possibilities of acting of these organizations on employers‘ problems whereby defines what role these organizations may hold in this area. In the methodical part, she describes the method and the strategy of a research, the data collection technique, the unit of research and survey, the process of data acquisition, also the respondents of research are introduced. In the empirical part, basic surveys are interpreted on the basis of realized interviews, thus the author deals with what attitude these non-governmental organizations take to their acting in the area of work-family reconciliation and how they perceive the opportunities and limits of their acting on employers in this area. In consequence, she focuses on the employers‘ perspective and deals with what attitude the employers take to the problem of work-family imbalance of their employees and how they solve it, what attitude they take to the non-governmental organizations‘ acting in this area and how the employers perceive the opportunities and limits of the non-governmental organizations‘ acting on them.
