Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je organizační kultura firmy Teplárny Brno, a.s. V práci jsou vymezeny její nejdůležitější pojmy a charakteristiky, analyzuje a identifikuje ji jako důležitý prvek určující firemní kulturu. Abstract:
This bachelor work deals with the area of organizational culture of the Teplárny Brno a.s. The aim of this work is to identify, analyze and suggest elements of organizational culture. The organizational culture questionnaire was used for the research. Results of this analysis are used as a base for improvement suggestions.
