Bakalářská práce se v obecné části zabývá vymezením Úřadu práce. Popisuje jeho organizační strukturu, včetně jeho jednotlivých činností a cílí především na odbor zaměstnanosti. Praktická část využívá kvantitativní metodu dotazníkového šetření. Zkoumaným objektem jsou uchazeči o zaměstnání. Pro potřeby dotazníkového šetření jsou vytvořeny dva dotazníky. The bachelor thesis deals with the definition of the Labour Office in the general part. Thesis describes its organizational structure including its individual activities and focuses primarily on the employment department.
