In my diploma thesis, I focus on the topic of shared custody, which is nowadays a widely discussed topic on which everyone has a different opinion. In the theoretical part of my thesis, I deal with divorce and forms of child care in a historical perspective, then I present alternatives to shared custody and then I directly address shared custody, especially its assumptions, problematic aspects, the …more
