Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na etické řízení ve vybrané organizaci. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a aplikační část. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány základní pojmy, metody a zásady etického chování a etického kodexu. This bachelor thesis explores ethical management in a selected organization. The thesis is divided into two parts – a theoretical and an analytical section.
