Modus operandi of Czech perpetrators of serial murders (from 1991 to the present)

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje modusu operandi mnou vybraných českých pachatelů sériových vražd, tedy jejich typickému stylu, postupu a jednání sériových vrahů k dokonání trestného činu vraždy. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na definici základních pojmů v oblasti pachatelů vraždy. Rozdělení trestných činů, definicí mnohonásobné vraždy, vlastnosti pachatele, rozdělení sériového vraha do základních skupin a jednotlivé postupy při páchání vraždy. V praktické části se zabývám analýzou sériových vražd známých případů, které měli stěžejní vliv a význam pro českou kriminalistiku. Cílem práce je poukázat na specifický styl a postup pachatelů sériových vražd. Upozornit na typický způsob páchání trestného činu, který odlišuje jednotlivé sériové vrahy a je jedinečný pro pachatele sériových vražd, díky kterému je možné včas zabránit dalšímu páchání trestné činnosti a dopadnout včas pachatele.

Abstract:

Bachelor’s work apply to modus operandi of chosen Czech serial’s killers, of the typical styles, methods and actions of serial killers to accomplish criminal act of murder. The work is devide into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part I focus on definition of basic terms around the of perpetrators of murder. Sorting of criminal acts, multiple murder definition, characteristic of perpetrator, division of serial killer to the basic groups and individual techniques while commiting the murder. In the practical part I focus on analysis of the famous cases, which had crucial influence and meaning for Czech criminalistics. The main goal of this work is to point to specific style and technique of serial killers. To point out the typical way of commiting a crime, which differentiate individual serial killers and is specific for serial killers. Because of that is possible to prevent another crime commiting and catch the perpetrator in time.
