Cílem této práce je analyzovat prostředí vybrané organizace pomocí metod a postupů strategické analýzy a navrhnout opatření, která budou pro společnost přínosná. Na začátku práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy a metody aplikované v praktické části, jmenovitě PEST analýza a Porterův model pěti sil, použité pro analýzu externího prostředí společnosti.
