Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na výkon trestu odnětí svobody v České republice. Konkrétně na práva a povinnosti odsouzených a z nich vyplývajících kázeňských odměn a trestů. Dále se zabývá obecnými definicemi jako pojem trestu a jeho druhy dle současného trestního zákona. V práci bude stručně popsána historie trestání a vězeňství v České republice. This bachelor's thesis is focused on the execution of prison sentences in the Czech Republic. Specifically on the rights and obligations of the convicts and the resulting disciplinary rewards and punishments.
