Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem právní úpravy myslivosti na našem území. V úvodní části je rozebrán legislativní vývoj myslivosti a práva myslivosti. Další část práce se zabývá tématikou nejstarších právních pramenů. Důraz byl kladen na usnesení českých sněmů a následný rozvoj myslivosti. The aim of this thesis is to look into a development of legal framework concerning the issue of hunting in the Czech Republic. First part covers the legal framework, its development and the laws relating to the issue of hunting. Furthermore, the oldest juridical resources are analysed.
